This is an implementation-focused contract opportunity for a BCBA with experience developing, launching, or expanding ABA programs. The selected contractor will work directly with leadership to establish the clinical infrastructure, workflows, documentation, staff competencies, and quality processes necessary to successfully operationalize ABA services. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical implementation and launch activities for Gateway's ABA program. Develop and implement ABA clinical workflows, policies, procedures, and documentation standards. Establish processes for intake, assessment, treatment planning, authorization, progress review, transition, and discharge. Develop standards for behavioral assessments, treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, measurable goals, and data collection. Establish clinical supervision, staff competency, training, and onboarding processes for ABA personnel. Develop quality-assurance processes to monitor documentation, treatment integrity, client outcomes, and clinical performance. Identify implementation barriers and work with leadership to resolve outstanding program-launch requirements. Assess program readiness and support initial launch and stabilization of ABA services. Develop clinical systems and resources that can transition to Gateway personnel for ongoing operations. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, or related qualifying field. Current BCBA certification in good standing. Current Virginia Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or ability to obtain required Virginia licensure. Professional experience providing ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment interventions. Experience supervising and training ABA personnel. Strong knowledge of ABA clinical documentation, quality assurance, regulatory, payer, and compliance requirements. Strongly Preferred Experience developing, launching, or significantly expanding an ABA program or service line. Experience building ABA clinical workflows, policies, documentation systems, and staff practices. Experience developing clinical infrastructure for new ABA services. Virginia Medicaid ABA experience. Contract Details This is an independent contractor position with a defined implementation-focused scope of work. Specific deliverables, milestones, timelines, on-site requirements, hours, and compensation will be established through the contractor agreement.

$60.00 - $75.00 per hour
