5 4.5 out of 5 stars 400 Erie Pass, Auburn, IN 46706 Hybrid work Full-time The Missing Piece ABA Therapy, LLC 6 reviews Full-time The Missing Piece is a small BCBA owned company that serves children in the clinical setting in Auburn and Kendallville. We are seeking a motivated, energetic, driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. This position will be hybrid and will support ongoing supervision and training for student analysts. This position will over see a small caseload of clients with the assistance of an in-person student. The BCBA would be required to be in person one day per month at minimum.
Duties:
  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of behavioral therapists and technicians
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with special needs, including those with developmental disabilities and autism
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate interventions and goals
  • Train and mentor staff on evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques
  • Monitor progress of clients and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology, applied behavior analysis)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
  • Experience in data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field of special education and developmental disabilities
  • Must have the ability to practice in the state of Indiana This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
