Job Description

Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Job description: Behavior Analyst Piece of the Puzzle Behavior Analysis services learners in Indian River, St. Lucie County, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties. We are currently in search of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who are looking to be part of a professional, passionate, and expanding organization where culture matters. The essential functions of the analyst will be to assess and develop teaching procedures to address the deficits and needs of the client using principles of applied behavior analysis. The individual will meet with parents/caregivers, school personnel, other service providers, and RBT's to complete assessments, conduct observations, provide supervision and training to individuals working with the client, and to update client progress. The BCBA will provide session notes, record data during each session with the client, and conduct program fidelity checks. We currently use a HIPAA compliant program for scheduling and data collection (no graphing required), making it easy for BCBAs to keep data collection streamlined and organized among the RBTs who are working on the case. Qualifications and characteristics of an ideal candidate: In good standing with the BACB Committed to practicing ethically Experienced in implementing home, school, and center-based programs using a naturalistic learning approach Possess strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, and effectively collaborate with others. Experience with, or the desire, to work with children and teens.
