Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA therapy practice. In this role, you will provide direct therapy to clients, complete assessments as needed, and design and implement individualized treatment plans to support meaningful client progress. One of the benefits of working with our practice is the flexibility and autonomy you have over your own caseload . Rather than managing a team of staff, you will focus primarily on your clients and clinical responsibilities. You have the freedom to create your own schedule around your clients' and families' availability , allowing you to structure your workday in a way that works best for you and your caseload. This position is initially designed for approximately 6-12 hours per week , with the opportunity to add additional hours as we move forward and as your caseload grows . This makes the role a great option for a BCBA looking for a flexible part-time position with the potential to expand over time. Depending on client needs and family availability, hybrid work arrangements may also be available , including a combination of in-person and telehealth services when clinically appropriate. You will have the opportunity to: Build and manage your own caseload with a high degree of independence. Create a schedule that aligns with your clients' and families' availability . Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients as part of your clinical role. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other members of the client's care team. Provide caregiver training and support. Schedule telehealth sessions when appropriate based on client needs and family availability. Have flexibility in how you structure your clinical time and manage your cases, while maintaining high standards of ethical and clinical care. Increase your hours over time if you would like to take on additional clients and expand your caseload. This position is a great fit for a BCBA who values independence, flexibility, and clinical autonomy and would prefer to focus on providing quality services to their own clients rather than managing a large team of technicians.
