• Clear KPIs (case supervision, procedural fidelity, IOA, utilization) and QA habits keep quality visible and coachable. Clinician-Owned & Operated
• Decisions prioritize clinical integrity, workforce development, and staff experience What You'll Do Own BCBA case leadership: assessment, treatment planning, caregiver collaboration, and data-driven decision-making within a highly skilled RBT team Coach and upskill RBTs through structured training, fidelity checks, and on-the-job modeling (supported by our Home Base training hub).

Track and act on quality metrics (supervision frequency/quality, fidelity, authorization utilization, and more). What You'll Bring BCBA certification and Iowa licensure (or eligibility).
