Sunny Skies ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is looking to do meaningful work through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Strong compensation based on your experience What you'll do: Provide BCBA supervision and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Conduct behavior assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs Provide parent training and support generalization of skills across settings Monitor and ensure accurate data collection and analysis Support clients during behavior challenges using ABA principles and behavior reduction strategies Collaborate with a small ABA team to continuously improve clinical outcomes

Requirements:
