We're Hiring for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Maryland Region Hybrid Telehealth ABA services. Compensation & Incentives Base Compensation:
$79,000 - $92,500 annually based on experience. Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time Reimbursement provided for travel costs such as flight, hotel, meals, etc. Earn up to $18,000 annually for bonuses, paid quarterly. Qualifications Required:
This role requires candidates in the Maryland area
Required:
Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision
Required:
Master or Doctorate Level Degree:
Behavior Analysis or related field
Required:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
Required:
MD LBA state licensure
Required:
Licensed Professional:
LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.

REQUIRED Required:
Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
Preferred:
2+ years of ABA telehealth experience
Preferred:
Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
