This contract opportunity allows a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise in-person Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality implementation of behavior intervention plans and best practices. In this role, you will offer consistent teleconsultation for RBTs working directly in school settings, supporting their professional growth and the progress of the students they serve. Key Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs in school or clinical settings Strong skills in behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis Excellent communication abilities, particularly in virtual formats Knowledge of school-based behavioral supports and IEP processes Comfortable navigating teletherapy platforms and remote collaboration tools

Primary Responsibilities:

Supervise and support in-person RBTs, tailoring supervision hours to RBT skill level (approximately 6-8 hours per week) Conduct virtual meetings and check-ins with RBTs and school teams Monitor data collection, provide feedback, and adjust interventions as necessary Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to promote student success Attend scheduled team meetings and contribute to program development This flexible contract allows you to optimize your professional schedule while making a difference in a school-based environment.
