Job Description

Job Overview As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. You will utilize your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Your work will involve collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to create a supportive environment that fosters growth and development. What you'll do Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs and strengths of clients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA, focusing on positive behavior support. Implement behavioral therapy techniques while collecting and analyzing data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide guidance on implementing strategies in home and community settings. Provide training and support to staff members working with clients, ensuring consistency in care delivery. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment summaries in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights for holistic care approaches.
