Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team committed to providing exceptional behavioral health services. The BCBA will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily focusing on children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by applying evidence-based practices rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote positive behavioral change and improve quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments, to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral intervention plans aligned with best practices in applied behavior analysis. Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Provide direct therapy sessions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, utilizing behavioral therapy techniques to foster skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments and facilitate effective communication. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Conduct intake assessments for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of individual needs and establishing treatment goals. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with advances in ABA methodologies and behavioral health practices. Uphold ethical standards in all interactions while ensuring patient care is delivered with compassion, patience, and respect. Requirements Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare documentation standards such as HIPAA. Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment while maintaining patient confidentiality. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients' families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers.
