Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team committed to providing exceptional behavioral health services. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments and facilitate effective communication. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Conduct intake assessments for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of individual needs and establishing treatment goals. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with advances in ABA methodologies and behavioral health practices. Uphold ethical standards in all interactions while ensuring patient care is delivered with compassion, patience, and respect. Requirements Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare documentation standards such as HIPAA. Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment while maintaining patient confidentiality. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients' families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers.
