Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Spark ABA | Sugar Land, TX Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Daytime | Clinic-Based + Weekly WFH Flexibility | No In-Home Travel 24 Billable Hours/Week | Caseload Capped at 8 Clients | Uncapped Weekly Performance Bonus | Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | 30 Paid Days Off Spark ABA is an independently owned ABA clinic in Sugar Land, TX. Our BCBAs work directly with clinic leadership, have a meaningful voice in clinical decisions, and are supported with manageable caseloads, strong administrative support, and clear opportunities for long-term growth. We're looking for a clinically strong BCBA who wants to deliver high-quality care without excessive caseloads, unnecessary administrative burden, or unrealistic billable expectations. At Spark, the structure is simple and transparent. Your base salary is tied to a manageable expectation of 24 billable hours per week . For every billable hour above 24, you earn an additional: $45 per billable hour Performance bonuses are calculated weekly and paid every Monday for the prior week , separate from your regular paycheck. There is no cap on performance bonus earnings. Example Annual Compensation Based on a $90,000 base salary : 24 billable hours/week: $90,000 28 billable hours/week: $99,360 32 billable hours/week: $108,720 36 billable hours/week: $118,080 40 billable hours/week: $127,440 Twenty-four billable hours is the weekly expectation. Additional billable hours provide optional earning upside when clinically appropriate. A Caseload Built for Quality BCBA caseloads are capped at 8 clients . We intentionally keep caseloads manageable so clinicians have the time needed to provide meaningful supervision, analyze client progress, update programming, train caregivers, mentor RBTs, and maintain high clinical standards. We believe strong clinical care starts with giving BCBAs enough time to actually be clinicians. Weekly Work-From-Home Flexibility Although this is primarily a clinic-based position, BCBAs may work from home up to one day per week for appropriate clinical work such as: Treatment planning Assessments Report writing Documentation Program development WFH flexibility is available when weekly billable expectations are met, client and supervision needs are appropriately covered, and clinical responsibilities remain current. 30 Paid Days Off We want our clinicians to have meaningful time away from work and dedicated time to continue developing professionally. Your annual paid time off includes: 16 days of PTO 5 paid sick days 8 paid holidays 1 paid CEU day That's 30 paid days away from regular clinical responsibilities each year . Continuing Education & Professional Development Spark provides up to $1,500 annually for approved continuing education and professional development opportunities, including conferences, workshops, training programs, and CEU events.We also provide:

What You'll Do Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Analyze client progress and modify programming as clinically appropriate Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians Provide parent and caregiver training Maintain high-quality clinical documentation Ensure services meet BACB standards and payer requirements Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team Support strong clinical standards throughout the center Help build a culture of professionalism, compassion, accountability, and high-quality care What We're Looking For (Required) Active BCBA certification in good standing Texas LBA or eligibility to obtain prior to starting Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practice Ability to develop high-quality treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work full-time in Sugar Land, TX Ability to pass required employment screenings Preferred (Not Required) Newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply!Preferred experience includes:
