Job Description
Align ABA is a boutique, BCBA-owned and operated in-home ABA practice serving children and families throughout the Chicagoland area. We're looking for an experienced, compassionate BCBA who is excited to grow alongside a small practice where your ideas, expertise, and clinical judgment truly matter. We provide primarily home-, school-, and community-based services and value individualized treatment, strong relationships with families, ethical practice, and high-quality clinical care. In this role, your responsibilities will include: Provide BCBA supervision and protocol modification Conduct caregiver training and consultation Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs Conduct initial assessments and reassessments Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Analyze client data and modify programming based on clinical outcomes Collaborate with families, schools, therapists, and other members of the treatment team Participate in client intake and help develop your own caseload Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate and desired We believe BCBAs do their best work when they have manageable caseloads, clinical autonomy, strong relationships with their teams, and the flexibility to practice thoughtfully.
