Get Set Go Health & Wellness Company, LLC is a growing mental health agency serving individuals and families across Kentucky. As we expand our services, we are launching Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a difference and excited about the opportunity to help build and shape a growing ABA program within a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Position Summary The BCBA will provide ABA services to children, adolescents, and adults with developmental, behavioral, and learning challenges. This role includes assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary providers to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. This position also offers the opportunity for professional growth into a leadership role as our ABA services expand. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective service delivery Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote skill generalization across settings Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans Train families, caregivers, and staff on behavior intervention strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Stay current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Adhere to ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and all applicable state regulations

Qualifications Required:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Current BCBA certification Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Kentucky Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience, including treatment planning and supervision Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience working with diverse populations Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for in-person services)

Preferred:

Experience in clinic, school, or community-based settings Experience providing telehealth ABA services Familiarity with Medicaid and private insurance billing
