Job Description

Overview We are actively seeking three motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representatives to join our sales team. In the role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory (Nashville Area, Knoxville Area, Bowling Green, or Memphis Area) by building strong relationships with clients (current/new) and effectively promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of industrial sales experience, customer service skills, and the ability to conduct product demonstrations on an as needed basis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business while working in a fast paced heavy duty industrial environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within the territory. Conduct product demonstrations(along-side our service team) to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. Utilize various software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics. Collaborate with the management team to strategize on territory growth. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with products quickly. Execute direct sales initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products. Responsible for the growth of both sales and service within the customer base(roughly 3 hour radius of base city). Rain or shine, customers run products, so we in turn, work in all conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds Responsible for quoting out projects, once trained, and following up through completion. Reports daily to Sales Manager and/or General Manager. Attend monthly Sales meetings with management. Qualifications Previous experience in direct industrial sales is a must with preference to Heavy Duty Conveyor knowledge. Strong sales background in the Aggregate/Mining Industry is a plus. Proficiency in using software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
