The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or other special needs. This role has growth potential and is integral to improving the lives of individuals and their families through evidence-based interventions and supportive collaboration. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and overseeing the implementation of ABA programs. You will work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistency, measurable progress and the generalization of skills across environments.
