Job Description
Job Overview Reni Behavioral Health is expanding services in the Lynchburg area and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a growing number of referrals for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). This role is designed for clinicians who want full control over their schedule, caseload, and workload, with the ability to increase earnings based on the number of clients they choose to take on. It is ideal for BCBAs looking to supplement income or add flexible cases alongside their current position. What You Can Expect No minimum billable requirement Complete flexibility - you determine how many clients and hours you take Ability to build your caseload at your own pace Designed to fit alongside your current position Clinician-led practice with collaborative support available Focus on quality service delivery rather than productivity quotas Compensation $85-$90/hour (1099 contractor) Rate is based on experience, independence, and ability to manage cases with minimal supervision Earnings are directly based on the number of clients and hours you choose to take on Strong earning potential with increased caseload and availability Service Model Services are provided under Virginia's DD Waiver (Therapeutic Consultation) and focus on: Functional behavior assessment (FBA) Behavior support plan (BSP) development Caregiver and staff training Data review and treatment modifications Collaboration with support coordinators and service providers Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments Develop and update individualized behavior support plans Provide caregiver and staff training using evidence-based strategies Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Maintain documentation in compliance with DMAS requirements Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) Experience with adults with ID/DD preferred Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Reliable transportation for in-person services Position Details Part-time, 1099 contractor Hybrid service model including both in-person and telehealth, as appropriate In-person services required (Lynchburg and surrounding areas) Flexible scheduling based on clinician availability Clinical responsibilities include assessment, documentation, data review, and care coordination Why This Role Stands Out You control your schedule, caseload, and workload No required productivity targets or forced hours Opportunity to grow earnings as referrals continue to expand Designed to reduce burnout while maintaining strong clinical impact Apply Please submit your resume or a brief introduction to: hello@renibehavioralhealth.com
