You will work closely with a small team, have direct input on clinical decisions, and see the impact of your work with each client and family. This role offers flexibility, consistent support, and the ability to grow as the company expands. If you want a setting where your work actually shapes outcomes, this is the right environment. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs). Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs. Supervise and train RBTs/behavior technicians. Analyze data and adjust programs based on client progress. Provide parent training and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and insurance requirements. Manage caseload and ensure ethical service delivery. Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. State licensure (if applicable). Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to pass background check and maintain professional liability insurance. Flexible work from home options available.Similar remote jobs
