• Conduct assessments and develop individualized, ABA-based treatment plans
• Implement behavior intervention plans and support challenging behaviors
• Supervise and train RBTs and support staff
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation What you need
• Active BCBA certification
• Must reside in Georgia
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills New BCBAs are welcome to apply.
