Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), incidental teaching, and embedded instruction during play are core characteristics of our program. We are currently seeking a BCBA part-time or full-time to join our team. Services can be provided via telehealth (30-40%) and in-person (60-70%)

BCBA Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine level of treatment and develop treatment goals Work collaboratively with mid-level supervisor on treatment plan development, and training of caregivers Provide supervision/training for RBT's Write progress reports inclusive of ongoing recommendations and new goals Write Behavior Plans and train staff/caregivers on implementation of plan Provide supervision and documentation of BCBA candidates who work under BCBA Full-Time Position Full-Time position will be a salary 65,000-92,000 per year Full-Time is a total of 30 hours billable time per week (up to 40 hours total work time) 10 hours/week remain for drive time, Milestones' trainings/employment required trainings (Typical weeks do not exceed a total of 35 hours) Accumulation of 60 hours of PTO per year (2 weeks) 7 Paid Holidays BCBA will not be required to travel more than 25 miles for home. Note the location of clients. One day per month will require travel to Oakland and one day to Vallejo Part Time Position Part-Time will be based on an hourly rate Part-Time may also be in-person and telehealth

Pay:

$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
