  • We Handle the Admin work BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, handle HR tasks, or chase insurance Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
You'll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training Supported, Not Micromanaged Owners are not involved in clinical decisions You will be supported by our clinic's experienced Clinical Director SOS Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training Ethically Aligned SOS does not require employees to sign non-compete agreements. SOS does not require training payback agreements. SOS is proud to have full billing transparency. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval. Career Growth Leadership and mentorship opportunities available Opportunities for you to move up to Clinical Director or Regional Director as your employer opens new locations. Option of transferring to a different location, in the event that you need to move away. If you ever want to retire from clinical work, you will have the unique opportunity to open your own franchise!
