$85,000 - $120,000 per year (DOE)
Paid Time Off:

Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is the largest and fastest-growing autism treatment franchise in the U.S., founded by an autism mom and fueled by purpose. Unlike corporate-run ABA companies owned by private equity firms, each SOS clinic is individually owned, with a focus on quality care over profits. SOS Alpharetta is a small but rapidly growing clinic that offers many opportunities for professional growth. We have a team of clinical directors and BCBA experts available to support you with any clinical questions. True Work-Life Balance Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hybrid Schedule No nights, no weekends, no on-call duties. You Focus on Clinical Work - We Handle the Admin work BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing Practicum students and interns assist your caseload. You'll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, and provide parent training Supported, Not Micromanaged Owners are not involved in clinical decisions SOS provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising Team SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work. All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week. Career Growth Leadership and mentorship opportunities available Opportunities for you to move up to Regional Director as your employer opens new locations. Option of transferring to a different location, in the event that you need to move away.
