Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a supportive school district in the Jersey Shore, PA area. This contract position will extend through the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year with flexibility in work format—on-site, hybrid, or virtual—and options for full-time or part-time hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In this role, you will play a vital part in both direct student support and professional mentorship. Your responsibilities will include providing expert behavior support to classroom teams, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), and training educational staff. A key component of this position is supervising and mentoring ABA apprentices—future BCBAs—by overseeing their restricted and unrestricted hours necessary for BCBA certification.
Key qualifications and experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required Proven experience delivering behavior support and conducting FBAs and PBSP development Ability to effectively mentor and supervise ABA apprentices Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educational teams Flexibility to work on-site, hybrid, or remotely

Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania Responsibilities:
Provide behavior interventions and support within district classrooms Supervise ABA apprentices to facilitate their BCBA credentialing process Train staff and collaborate with teams to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
