Job Description
At Easterseals PORT Health, we believe in more than just behavior plans—we believe in transforming lives. As a BCBA with our EMPOWER program, you'll have the flexibility to shape your caseload, mentor dedicated teams, and see the real impact of your work in homes, schools, and communities across Eastern NC.
Salary:
$75,000- 80,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits +
Professional Development Support Schedule:
Flexible M-F Hybrid | Regional Travel to EMPOWER Locations- Voted Raleigh's Best Nonprofit Organization and Raleigh's Best Mental Health Services two years in a row!
- Travel Expectations This role includes a variable regional travel requirement , estimated at 20
- 50% per month depending on program needs.
What You'll Do:
Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth. Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans. Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices. Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes. Minimum Qualifications:
Certification:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.Licensure:
Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC.Experience:
1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred). 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred). Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills. Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR systems. Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and teams in homes, schools, and community settings. Ready to Apply?
