Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Duties:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
• Provide direct behavioral therapy services to individuals, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Monitor and evaluate progress of individuals through data collection and analysis
• Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Skills:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with behavioral health practices and interventions
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
• Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health
• Experience working with children and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
