Conduct assessments and FBAs. Develop individualized treatment plans and BIPs. Monitor progress and adjust treatment. Supervise, mentor, and develop RBTs. Partner with parents and caregivers. Collaborate with other BCBAs and our in house SLP team. Maintain high clinical and ethical standards. Who We're Looking For Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Missouri LBA license or eligibility. Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. A clinician who loves working with young children.
