Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Per-Diem/Part-Time) to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality behavioral services tailored to children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop intervention plans, and support families in achieving meaningful progress. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations for children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff working directly with clients. Collaborate closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure consistent application of behavioral strategies across settings. Collect and analyze data meticulously to track client progress and adjust interventions as needed. Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support intake processes by conducting initial assessments and client communication to establish treatment goals. Requirements Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and behavioral psychological assessments. Proven experience in data collection, functional assessment, and behavior intervention planning. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance. Home-based behavioral experience or school experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disorders is highly desirable. Excellent client communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to perform patient assessments in various settings including home environments and schools.
