Job Description

CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED IN GEORGIA!
Synergy is looking to urgently hire a new Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide analysis services to children in our network [20•25 hours contract work] . You should be committed to our core values of being supportive, reliable and resilient.
Duties will include:
Supervise BT's and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB. Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in the home community settings, clinics, and daycares. Perform assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide field supervision for clients as required by the treatment plan. Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior technicians. Review all session notes and data taken by BT's to monitor client progress and BT proficiency. Provide parent training. Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans. Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner. Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with parents, team members, and professionals to ensure optimal client progress and outcomes. Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields. Current BCBA certification required. Access to reliable transportation. Strong interpersonal and writing skills. Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team. Proficiency in Microsoft programs and ABA software (Central Reach preferred).
