Compensation:

A Hybrid Role with Real Flexibility This role is 50% remote and 50% onsite in the Raleigh area. You'll provide remote clinical supervision through virtual observation, coaching, and collaboration with treatment teams. The other half of your supervision is completed onsite in Raleigh and surrounding service areas. We offer flexibility in how you structure your schedule around client needs and clinical requirements. While some appointments are based on family and team availability, you'll have meaningful autonomy to plan your week and manage your responsibilities. Candidates must be able to travel to Raleigh for onsite supervision. For candidates who do not live in the Raleigh area, All Together Autism provides travel reimbursement for required onsite work. Flex Path:

approximately 20 treatment hours per week

Balance Path:

approximately 25 treatment hours per week

Impact Path:

approximately 27 treatment hours per week Each path is built to support high-quality supervision and sustainable care, with the same hybrid structure: 50% remote supervision and 50% onsite work in the Raleigh area.
