In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress through data-driven strategies, collaborative teamwork, and compassionate patient care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' lives while working in a supportive and innovative environment. Employment starts after credentialing only! Low caseload Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral interventions grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and maximize outcomes. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members on intervention techniques and documentation standards. Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA). Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform clinical decisions. Ability to conduct patient care activities including intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and progress monitoring. Familiarity with medical documentation standards, HIPAA compliance, medical records management, and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, healthcare providers, and team members.
