Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required Must hold an active Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license Previous experience providing virtual supervision is highly valued Strong familiarity with completing RBT renewal competency assessments Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, supportive guidance remotely
Core Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and direction for a school-based RBT for 2 hours per week (8 hours per month) Actively assist the RBT in completing their renewal competency assessment Document supervision activities and maintain necessary records in compliance with licensure standards Foster a collaborative environment through virtual communication and ongoing professional support Maintain professional standards in all interactions and uphold privacy requirements This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to shape your work around your existing commitments.
