Responsibilities Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Provide direct consistent clinical supervision in collaboration with RBTs delivering ABA services to children with autism across clinical and home-based settings, ensuring treatment fidelity, staff competency, and meaningful client progress. Collaborate with families, caregivers. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Requirements Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines. Excellent communication skills to engage clients' families and collaborate with healthcare providers.
