This role is ideal for BCBAs who want to provide high quality, individualized care while feeling supported by leadership and protected from burnout. Requirements:
The Role Develop and implement individualized, data driven treatment plans Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs Analyze data and adjust goals throughout the client journey Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinical culture Requirements Master's or Doctorate in ABA or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days This Role Is a Great Fit If You Value ethical, client centered ABA over high volume caseloads Want sustainable expectations and work life balance Are early to mid career and want strong clinical support Are interested in growth without pressure to move into management Stay Connected with
