Create meaningful, individualized client programs from start → finish Conduct assessments, analyze data, write reports (we make it as painless as possible!) Supervise, support, and uplift our therapy team Train caregivers with warmth, clarity, and empowerment Provide treatment hours weekly across supervision + program development Join trainings where curiosity is welcome and growth is celebrated
