This is a hybrid position (clinic-based and remote). Relocation reimbursement available for qualified candidates. Autism, Behavioral & Educational Services (ABES) LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team of dedicated and talented professionals at our Sycamore, IL clinic. What we offer:
Salary:
$80,000-$90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
Bonus:
Eligible for up to $2,000 in annual performance-based bonuses. Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 1 remote day per week and no evening or weekend work expectations. Weekly billable hour requirement of 25 hours. Typical BCBA caseload of 6-8 clients. Experienced and supportive BCBA and leadership team. Full-time RBTs assigned to your clients who receive extensive initial and ongoing training from our in-clinic trainers. 12 paid holidays per year, including New Year's Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. Opportunities to consult and present in schools for further skill development. Training and support for insurance review calls to ensure clients receive all recommended services.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day oversight, training, and supervision of your client's team and program. Complete initial and ongoing assessments (including, Vineland, SRS-2, VB MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, EFL, etc.) with clients. Write initial and concurrent individualized treatment plans for each client based on assessment results. Design and implement evidence-based interventions to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors. Develop individualized behavior intervention, fading, and transition plans based on client needs and progress. Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust intervention strategies as needed. Conduct monthly parent meetings/trainings to ensure generalization of skills outside of the clinic environment. Collaborate with other BCBAs to ensure the most effective and cohesive learning environment for all our clients present at ABES. Attend IEP meetings when necessary.
Must have:
Master's Level Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification. Current Illinois License Strong communication and writing skills.
