Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid Position (In-Home & Remote) - ABA

is looking for an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! We are dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disabilities. Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to develop individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and training to RBTs and ABA therapists Oversee implementation of ABA programs in-home and via telehealth Analyze data and adjust behavior intervention plans as needed Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and success Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional standards of the BACB Qualifications Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and hold a current license in Arizona Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA Experience in both in-home and remote ABA therapy settings preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a caseload and provide quality supervision to RBTs Reliable transportation for in-home visits Join ABA S.T.E.P.S. and be part of a team making a real impact in the lives of children and families! ➡ Apply today!
