Norwell, MA Early intervention setting Why This Role Feels Different This is early intervention done right—focused, collaborative, and outcome-driven. You'll work with young children in a supportive environment that prioritizes clinical quality, team connection, and long-term impact. We also recognize that flexibility matters. This role offers a hybrid work model for eligible non-patient-facing responsibilities , giving BCBAs greater autonomy while maintaining meaningful in-person clinical connections. Hybrid Flexibility ~ What to Expect Hybrid flexibility is available for non-patient-facing work In-person attendance is required for key responsibilities such as BT training, assessments, and certain clinical support needs BCBAs are expected to see patients in person at least twice per month Candidates must be located within a reasonable driving distance of the clinic and able to attend onsite There may also be opportunities to support more than one clinic, depending on operational needs What You'll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and train Behavior Technicians Analyze data and adjust programming to ensure progress Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams Lead parent training and support What You Bring Active BCBA certification Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Experience or strong interest in early intervention Strong communication and leadership skills Why Proven Day-one medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Employer-funded medical debit card 401(k) program Unlimited PTO and flexible scheduling Free CEUs and professional development support Strong clinical mentorship and collaboration Let's Build Something Meaningful If you're looking for a place where clinical quality and team culture both matter, we'd love to connect.Pay:
