We are a clinician-focused ABA company committed to ethical care, sustainable caseloads, and meaningful outcomes for children and families. Our goal is to give BCBAs the flexibility, support, and autonomy needed to provide high-quality care without burnout. Compensation & Benefits $100,000-$120,000 annual salary based on experience $5,000 sign-on bonus Flexible scheduling Manageable caseloads (20-25 billable hours weekly) 3-4 weeks PTO + paid holidays Health insurance CEU reimbursement Mileage reimbursement Administrative and scheduling support Opportunities for professional growth and leadership Responsibilities Provide BCBA supervision and clinical support to RBTs Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, and FBAs Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration Review data and monitor client progress Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to support meaningful outcomes Services are primarily provided in clients' homes and school settings (when applicable).
