As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to assist individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other neurological/behavioral needs. At Rebound, we strive to provide the highest quality care and support to our clients and their families. We are passionate about delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions that promote positive behavior changes and improve the overall quality of life for individuals with autism. In this role, you will be responsible for: Conducting initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment Monitoring client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed Providing ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers Staying up to date with the latest research and best practices in ABA All time
Paid:
