Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services in a hybrid setting, supporting children and adolescents through clinical supervision, assessments, and individualized treatment planning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision for ABA therapy programs Oversee and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Conduct assessments, including FBAs and skill-based evaluations Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Provide parent training and caregiver support Ensure compliance with clinical quality and documentation standards Deliver services in both clinic and in-home settings Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment

Qualification, Licensure, Experience:

Active BCBA certification Valid Michigan BCBA license (required) Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience Strong experience in ABA program development and supervision Ability to manage caseloads and supervise RBTs effectively
