Job Description
Looking for flexibility and hands-on impact? At Centria Autism, our Hybrid BCBA role offers the best of both worlds: the ability to work from home part of the week, combined with meaningful in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams. In this position, you'll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in-person supervision. Compensation & Incentives
- Earn a base salary of $80,000
