Job Description

Immediate Opening - West / Northwest Denver Area Active BCBA certification required. We're hiring a BCBA to support clients across Arvada, Westminster, and north Denver. This hybrid role is ideal for a licensed BCBA seeking flexible hours, meaningful remote flexibility, and the opportunity to build a practical local caseload over time. Why This Role Works Flexible scheduling based on your availability Practical, sustainable caseload Part-time, supplemental, or full-time potential Hybrid role with remote flexibility based on client needs and caseload Direct access to leadership with fast decision-making and minimal bureaucracy Consistent client opportunities within one local service area Option to start with multiple clients based on your availability Opportunity to grow into additional ongoing hours over time Compensation $60-$81/hour depending on experience, availability, and caseload fit Performance and retention bonus opportunities available based on fit, caseload, and ongoing role success What You'll Do Oversee care for assigned clients in the west / northwest Denver area Supervise and support RBTs Review client progress and treatment programming Complete required documentation in a timely manner Conduct assessments and reassessments as needed Provide in-person clinical oversight as needed Requirements Active BCBA certification Prior BCBA or supervision experience preferred Ability to travel within the west / northwest Denver metro area Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ideal Candidate We are especially interested in BCBAs who are dependable, clinically strong, and comfortable managing assigned cases with consistency, professionalism, and accountability.
