Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract assignment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, providing specialized support to students and staff. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work 40 hours each week in a vibrant educational setting, making a meaningful difference in students' lives through behavioral analysis and intervention.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Previous experience in a school-based environment strongly preferred Demonstrated expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and other professionals Ability to maintain thorough documentation and monitor student progress
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized behavioral interventions for students, adapting plans as needed in response to data Train, support, and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure consistency and efficacy of interventions Collect and analyze behavioral data, reporting findings and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders Attend scheduled meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate student care Ensure all behavioral strategies are compliant with current standards and regulations Please note, remote/virtual ("voco") work is not being offered for this position at this time.
