Job Description

401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Relocation bonus We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our adult foster care network, working across multiple residential sites to drive meaningful behavioral outcomes for individuals with complex needs. This is a highly collaborative, system-level role where you'll partner closely with other BCBAs, clinical leadership, and direct care teams to design and implement effective behavior support strategies across a dynamic care environment. What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior treatment plans (BTPs) Provide behavioral support across multiple residential sites, partnering with another BCBA to support a shared caseload Train, coach, and support direct care staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including clinical leadership, medical providers, and support staff Provide ongoing program evaluation, data analysis, and plan adjustments based on resident progress Participate in care planning, treatment team discussions, and program development initiatives Travel between sites to observe, support, and ensure fidelity of behavioral programming Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (or equivalent qualifying credential) 3+ years experience working with adults with complex behavioral, developmental, or mental health needs Ability to manage a multi-site caseload and work independently in a field-based environment Strong communication skills with both clinical teams and direct care staff Experience with staff training, coaching, and program implementation Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between residential sites Flexible work from home options available.
