Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise and knowledge will contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans to improve the lives of our clients. Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, including medical records and treatment plans
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis methods

$75,000.00- $95,000.
