Compensation Full-Time:
$90k
  • 115k /
Part-Time:
$85
  • 105/hr depending on experience Sign-on bonus available Performance-based bonus opportunities Leadership growth opportunities Benefits Flexible schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Health insurance options CEUs and ongoing training Referral bonus program What You'll Do Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans Supervise RBTs and maintain high clinical standards Provide parent guidance and support Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification (BACB) Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Must reside in Colorado Apply Today We are onboarding quickly and have immediate caseloads available.
