Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality, evidence-based services while building meaningful relationships with families and community partners. We are passionate about expanding access to ABA services in underserved areas and creating a supportive, collaborative clinical environment. We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate BCBA to join our team as we continue to grow. Position Summary The BCBA will provide assessment, treatment planning, supervision, caregiver training, and ongoing clinical oversight for clients receiving ABA services. We are especially interested in local BCBAs who want to help grow services within the community; however, remote applicants will also be considered. This position may be part-time or full-time depending on candidate availability and interest. Compensation is hourly and based on experience. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and reassessments Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide caregiver training and collaboration Analyze data and adjust programming as clinically appropriate Complete clinical documentation and insurance-related reports in a timely manner Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers when appropriate Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field Tennessee licensure (or ability to obtain licensure) preferred Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for growth and leadership Administrative and clinical support Competitive compensation based on experience Meaningful opportunity to help expand services within underserved communities Schedule Options Choose your own hours Full-time Part-time Hybrid/remote flexibility may be available depending on location and caseload needs How to Apply Please apply through Indeed with your resume and credentials.
