Required Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Provisional Behavior Analyst - Center-Based (No Evenings or driving between appointments) Applied Behavior Services, LLC - Wentzville, MO Applied Behavior Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) to join our collaborative clinical team at our Therapeutic Education Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working directly with a team, mentoring staff, and helping individuals with autism build meaningful skills in a structured educational environment. Our center-based model allows behavior analysts to work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver consistent, high-quality ABA services. Compensation $75,000 - $85,000 per year (Salary prorated for provisionally licensed behavior analysts) 4 days on site (8:30-3:30) and one remote day each week Guaranteed 40-hour work week Additional quarterly bonus opportunities available for insurance-funded services outside school hours Benefits We offer a strong benefits package designed to support our team: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (employer contributes to premiums) Paid time off Company-matched 401(k) Life insurance Employee Assistance Program Optional benefits (short-term disability, hospital indemnity, additional life insurance) Employee appreciation events and activities Schedule 40 hours per week 4 days onsite at the Therapeutic Education Center 1 flexible planning day (remote or office-based) Typical hours 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM This schedule allows behavior analysts to be present during instructional hours while also providing dedicated time for treatment planning and collaboration. What You'll Do As a Behavior Analyst, you will: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and behavioral analyses Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and line therapists Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans accordingly Provide parent training and team consultation Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support IEP goals Conduct skills assessments and develop individualized programming Participate in team meetings, intake meetings, and treatment planning Ensure treatment fidelity and high-quality service delivery Qualifications Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field BCBA certification OR Missouri Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) Eligibility for Missouri Behavior Analyst licensure Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Experience conducting FBAs and developing and implementing ABA programs Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills PLBA candidates: Full BCBA certification and Missouri licensure must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Preferred Experience Verbal behavior assessments and language programming Supervising and mentoring ABA staff Working in school-based or center-based ABA settings Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Physical & Work Requirements This position involves working with individuals who may engage in challenging behaviors. Staff must be able to implement behavior support plans and crisis procedures as needed. Ability to lift or assist with up to 25 pounds Ability to kneel, squat, or sit on the floor when working with clients Ability to implement crisis intervention procedures according to training Why Join Applied Behavior Services?
