In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through data-driven strategies, patient assessment, and collaborative care. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and privacy regulations. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in behavioral therapy approaches. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to maintain high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in intake assessments, patient care planning, and ongoing treatment reviews to optimize therapeutic outcomes. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients' families and team members. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records and patient privacy.
