Job Description

Hybrid/Remote in Henderson, NV 89074 Limitless Behavioral Health & ABA Associates is actively seeking a BCBA to join our rapid growing team in Las Vegas. This role is an opportunity for someone to be an integral part of our team by creating, implementing, and overseeing treatment plans using proven ABA techniques for clients in a 1:1 setting. What The Ideal Candidate Will Do:
As a BCBA within Limitless Behavioral Health & ABA Associates, you'll be responsible for the following: Delivering ABA skills to provide targeted interventions that enhance the lives of children with autism Conduct Functional Behavior Assessment (Initial Assessments) Customize and implement evidence-based treatment plans for each client to target and improve maladaptive behaviors, provide self-care skills, emotional development, coping and tolerance skills, play and leisure skills, family relationships, language and communication, cognitive functioning, self-management, self-advocacy and independence, safety skills, social relationships, and vocational skills Make strategic environmental modifications scientifically shown to improve behavior Adapt techniques to reduce interfering behaviors such as persistent repetition and self-injury Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans Provide caring support during parent trainings to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations Advocate for your clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns Share your extensive knowledge and experience through direct supervision, support, training, and orientation of our growing team of registered behavioral technicians Ensure the highest quality of care through rigorous review and reevaluation of behavior treatment plans Lead and supervision a team of RBTs Maintain and build relationships with clients and their families Participate in and lead our continuous training initiatives Ensure we are providing the highest quality clinical services Required Education/Certification -
What The Ideal Candidate Will Need:
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Nevada State Licensure Required Strong Leadership Skills Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills Excellent Work Ethic and Commitment to
