- $140,000 per year Join a Collaborative Pediatric Therapy Team Brighter Gems ABA is seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing multidisciplinary pediatric team in White Marsh, Maryland.
We provide clinic-based ABA services in a supportive, collaborative environment where clinicians are empowered to make meaningful clinical decisions and deliver high-quality care. Our team includes ABA, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy professionals working together to support children and families through individualized, evidence-based treatment. What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Analyze client progress and make data-driven program modifications Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide parent training and caregiver support Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams including SLPs, OTs, and PTs Maintain accurate clinical documentation and insurance-compliant records Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and staff development initiatives Ensure ethical and effective implementation of ABA services Qualifications Required Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Maryland licensure or eligibility for licensure Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills Experience working with pediatric populations and autism spectrum disorder Preferred Previous clinic-based ABA experience Experience supervising RBTs and training staff Knowledge of insurance authorizations and documentation requirements Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary setting Why Join Brighter Gems ABA?
